The Past Year
We All Know What A Success 2004 Was For Ol' Dr. Payne. I Returned To Managing Up In Maine For The First Time In A Few Years, And, As Always, I Returned With Style. My Carnival Of Payne Invaded And Took Over BOTH New Wrestling Horizons, AND NWA New England. By The End Of The Year, I Was Managing Plague, Lotus, And Apocalypse With The Lovely And Dangerous Victorian At My Side In NWA-NE. Meanwhile, I Was Overseeing "The Extreme Strongman" Gino Martino, Sludge The Clown, "Morningstar" Marcus Hall,"The Canadian Heart Throb" Jason Holiday, "Extremely Tasty" Adam Hastey, And Of Course "Rugged" Rick Daniels With The Lovely Jenna In NWH. What Did All Of This Get Me? Well, Put Simply, So You Fools Can Understand This, I Currently Manage BOTH Heavyweight Champions In NWH, And NWA-NE. I Suppose You Could Say, The Past Year Has Been Great.
THE PRESENT
Heh, Heh, Heh. While The Majority Of 2004 Rocked Like My Pimp Van Full Of Rats, The End Of 2004 Was The Freakin' Capper! I Mean, If You Are Unaware, The Last Few Weeks Have Been VERY Good For The Doctor.
See, After Our Little Ruse To Fool That Nimrod Hardware, Giving "Rugged" Rick The Belt, Most Men Would have Been Happy To Manage Two (for Apocalypse STILL Holds The NWA-NE Belt, And I Don't See That Going Anywhere Anytime Soon) Heavyweight Champions At One Time, I Was Still Plotting My Inevitable Take-Over Of The NorthEastern Wrestling Scene. What I Needed Was More Talent. Oh, How I Found It.
In The Last Few Weeks, I've Been SO Proud To Introduce Two More Members To The House Of Payne.
Actually, At This Point, Let Me Inform You Rubes To A Little Business Transaction That You May Not Be Aware Of. As Of Last Week, I Have Reached A Very Amicable Business Decision With None Other Than My Business Associate, Sludge The Clown. See, For The Benefit Of Both Sludge And Myself, We Have Decided To Split The Carnival Of Payne. Sludge Will Now Be In Charge Of "The Carnival" And I Am Now The Sole Propriator Of The HOUSE OF PAYNE, As It Will Be Called From Now On. Let Me Be Clear, Sludge And I Will Still Have A VERY Close Working Relationship, And This Split Will Help Each Of Us Attain Our Individual Goals, And Let Me Tell You, Sludge Has Some VERY Devious Plans. Damn, I LOVE That Clown.
So As I Was Saying, After The Split And The Formation Of The HOUSE OF PAYNE, I Immediately Set Out To Acquire Some More Talent. And What Men Could I Trust Enough To Faithfully Serve Me And Achieve The Level Of Success I Demand? Well, I Had to Look No Further Than The Past.
Three Weeks Ago, I Introduced The "NEWEST" Member Of The HOP, Who Ironically, Is Also The Oldest. No, Not By Age, But By Service. That's Right Folks, Returning To My Side Was The FIRST Wrestler I Ever Managed, The Man I Started In This Business With Over Five Years Ago, FRANKIE "Mr. Muscles" Armadillo!
So, Besides Frankie, I Needed ONE More Man To Help Me With My Plans. Yet Again, I Looked To The Past, And Went Back Five Years. This Time, I Recruited A Young Man That I Brought Into This Business When He Was A Mere Teenager, But Who, In The Last Five years, Has Evolved Into One Of The, Premiere Shall I Say, Players In The NorthEast. I Am Talking, Of Course, About Last Week When I Introduced, Returning To My Side, Johnny Curtis!

2005. Wow, I can't Even IMAGINE How Kick Ass This Year Is Going To Be. I Mean, Come On, I'm Already Starting The Year Managing Two Champions, And For Most, That Would Be Enough, But Not For Me. I'm Not Going To Be Happy Until I Hold EVERY Belt In The NorthEast. I'm Talking The Forsaken, Plague And Lotus Taking The NWA-NE Tag Belts. I'm Talking "Extremely Tasty" Adam Hastey Taking The NWH Cruiserweight Championship. I'm Talking "Morningstar" Marcus Hall Taking The NWH Maine State Championship. I'm Talking Frankie And Curtis Taking The NWH Tag Team Championships.I WANT IT ALL!!!!
And Even That Isn't Enough. For Those Of You That Have At Least Enough Intelligence To Be Literate, I'm Going To Give You A Hint About Something BIG I've Got On The Back Burner.
I Currently Am In Talks With Yet Another Wrestler I Am Trying To Bring Into My Fold. And This One, Well This Ones A DOOZY!
All I Can Say For A Hint Is This....He's One Of The BIGGEST Superstars In The Last Five Years Throughout The Entire NorthEast. And I Mean By Size, AND Success. A Former Heavyweight Champion, This Man Is Well Known By ALL Wrestling Fans In The Region, And He Is Also Well Known By Me. I Have QUITE The History With This Man.
