When a group of us went to Acadia and Bar Harbor on vacation (other pictures in the Unposed Potraits section) Matt and I were the only two feeling up for climbing the Beehive. Needless to say, we busted it out in rcord time, and took these pics on the way up, and at the top.

Shoot with Eris we did in the woods of Falmouth. This was actually conceived as two slightly different shoots, one for submission to Zenescope Comics, the other for the fake horror movie/comic I created "Through The Woods". The last image contains my own illustrated Big Bad Wolf. In post, besides the illustrations, I pumped up the color saturation to exagerrate the red of Eris' lips and cloak, the green of the leaves, and Eris' fair skin.

An homage to late 70's early 80's grindhouse level horror movies, in particular "The Deadly Spawn". As you can see, I illustrated the "THING" into several of the photos, but otherwise most of these images have had minimal post altering. The goal was to get the feel and look of natural candle light, but enough of a hint of vague outlines or reflections in the otherwise absolute dark. The high resolution originals of this really show off both the small detail, and Pixi's acting and emoting.

Inspired by "Clash of the Titans", this was shot on the coast of Portland, Maine. Both the weather and the old ship appear just as they were that day, it turned out to be a great location and great timing as the storm rolled in. Some color alterations were made in post, mainly to add a more washed out and gritty appearance to match a 70's movie vibe. The slide show showcasing the full story is included here as well.

Shoot in my studio room, intending to emphasize shadow and light. Especially wanted to utilize low and concentrated light, allowing for pure black backgrounds.

CROSS asked if I would like to partake in a shoot he was arranging at Jim Townshend's studio. Cross designed and made all of these "Batman Villains" costumes. It was a fun afternoon of shooting with a fun bunch of photographers and models. I still want to add more illustrations to some of these, especially with the three ladies on the love seat.

Simple promo shots for wrestling. Shot in my studio room, Nurse Payne was behind the camera.

Pixi found some new wings and a top she wanted to try out, so we did this in my studio room. Colors are from the lighting I used, not post-production manipulation.
